Ordering Plans or Templates

As I have said, the endrail legs are the most time consuming part of this project. In the previous pages, I have shown how to "eyeball" templates in order to design your own endrails.  However, if you would like to purchase a set of two hardboard templates that will allow for perfectly matched endrails they are available for purchase.  I am also offering a full scale set of printed plans for the endrails which can be transferred onto hardboard, plywood, or MDF templates to help you in machining.  Five sets are ready for shipment today!

To order any of the following, send the appropriate amount through Paypal to harrigan_j@hotmail.com along with the description of the product and the shipping address.  Other payment arrangements can be made upon request.  The prices are as follows:

 

Kayak Stand $60 Shipped

Plans $10 Shipped (Add $10 for International Shipping)

These will include full scale CAD drawings of the head and foot endrails complete with a centerline for the panels.

Please include the bed you are planning to build.  Either the toddler bed, or the queen/king.

Here are the Queen plans. The CNC is up and running again.  I will continue to offer the above for free, but again, if you use the plans I would appreciate pictures of your bed when it is complete.  Below is the detail of the templates (which can be machined to any specifications) 

Two hardboard templates to aid in machining matched head and foot endrails and panel grooves.  Each has a 3/4" curved groove down the center which will accept a template router bushing or guide.

Once again, please specify which size of bed for which you would like templates.

I received an email about machining the parts necessary to build a bed.  With the amount of free time I have, this would take quite a long time to do...but can be done.  If you are interested, please email me with the species, and size you are interested in for quoting purposes.
